Anyways. Headaches are still decreasing. I've been having this left side hip pain (almost kidney area?) that I have had before. My have a kidney cleanse on my agenda for this summer so we'll see if that helps it.
Breakfast: natures candy
Lunch: best salad of my life----recipe to come
Dinner: acorn squash with garlic tahini
